🌸 How does it work?

1. You choose your items live (beads, charms, accessories…)
2. Two options are available to you:

👉 Option 1: Deposit

• You add this €45 deposit to your basket

• Your basket is reserved and secured ✨

• I update your basket as you add items

• You pay the rest when your basket is finalized 💕

👉 Option 2: Full payment

• I give you the total amount live

• You add the corresponding amounts (e.g., €10 + €20 + €5…)

• You validate your order directly ✨

✔ Free delivery to a relay point from €40

✔ Your basket is prioritized and reserved

✔ You avoid losing your items live

• The deposit is mandatory to start a basket

• Without a deposit or payment, items are not reserved

• The deposit is deducted from the final total

• The amount paid must correspond to the total announced live

• No refunds in case of basket abandonment

• Personalized baskets cannot be cancelled or refunded
