📦 What are the preparation and shipping times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

🚚 What delivery methods are offered?

- Mondial Relay (pickup point) – €4.90

- Colissimo (home delivery) – €6.90

- Delivery is free for purchases over €40.

📍Can I choose my pickup point?
Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred pickup point directly on a map.

🔁 Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order (excluding personalized products). Please contact us by email before any return.
